How to Ask Questions

Due to the difference in Chinese and English liquisitic structures, question forms are much more complicated in the latter. In Chinese the question form is exceptionally simple...one simply adds the question word "ma" at the end of the sentence in most situations. And the absence of and verb tenses in Chinese also makes life so much easier. Questions in English involve keywords such as "why, where, ...etc."; "do, did, does"; "can, could, will, would...etc."; "is, am, are, were....etc." and combinations thereof. They also all go to the front of the sentences instead of the end as in Chinese. For details please search anywhere online under "English question forms" or English grammar.
